The staff at Magnum are very nice and welcoming. Family owned and they work diligently together to help the customer. They warmed up the car and had it ready for us to test drive fill it with gas when I made the buy so that I can drive it home. They even transferred my SUV to my brother so that he could have his car. I would recommend this place and even buy another car from them.

I felt the overwhelming need to leave Magnum Motors a review after finally paying off my c300. First off, I'd like to point out that the staff overall is very nice and communicative on all fronts, mobile (call) and web (email). Aside from that, they are very honest. When I first inquired about this vehicle, I was pending the release of funds from a recent accident that left my previous 2011 C300 totaled (via getting T boned). The team at Magnum Motors was very eagar to help and offered multiple solutions to work with me to find the best fit. When push came to shove, they were able to hold the car for ~1 week as I was awaiting the payoff from my insurance to clear. Additionally, they also very accurately described both on web and over phone the condition of the car...which is a hit or miss when shopping for used cars. In addition to the things above, they offered to stay later on the day I was going to take the trip up to purchase the vehicle as I am ~3hrs away and was unable to take off of work to pick up the vehicle. Upon my arrival, due to a lot of moving parts at that time, I forgot to bring my checkbook and my bank had already closed so I couldn't raise my charge limit on my card. The owner and his son gave me an address and directions to the nearest Giant Eagle to get a check printed in store with the Extended Hours bank. Throughout this whole process, they waited on me even through the hiccups. All in all, I felt that it was necessary to share my experience. In the used car industry, I feel that there is a lack of loyalty towards dealers due to the nature of the market; however, I would always recommend Magnum Motors because of their team and accurately described inventory.

A family owned business willing to go the extra mile. We purchased a van late on a Friday night. They stayed late, past closing, to complete the deal. Mark even put gas in the tank while we were completing the paperwork so we wouldn't have to stop on the way home. We got great service. I will be a repeat customer when we need another vehicle. I bought this 2011 Ford Escape Limited The guys were very helpful. I got it for a fair price and got a good price for my trade. I drove two hours from Johnstown, PA to look at this SUV. I bought it that same day. My only disappointment was that there was no owners manual. The Free CARFAX is a big selling point. Ron

Ryan and Mark were so helpful and friendly from our very first contact with him til the end of the purchase, and has continued to stay in contact with us even after the purchase. They truly give you the 'family owned' business feeling when you're there. I would highly recommend Magnum for anybody looking for a vehicle. I want to say thank you to the guys at Magnum Motors for providing a great service and vehicle. I was not keen on giving up my Honda Element, but the husband said it was time. To try and make it OK, he sent me to Magnum to look at a car I've always said I wanted, a MINI Cooper. While the one on the lot was not what I was looking for, I gave the guys a pretty detailed list of what I did want. They took the time to find and talk to me about multiple vehicles over a couple months, and never got irritated with me for being so picky about the colors (every MINI they showed me was in amazing condition). Then they found it, and it had more options than I asked for in the price range I'd requested. They gave me a great trade in price, made the purchasing process easy and now I am driving my MINI that all of my friends and family thought was brand new. You guys are awesome, thank you!

I went to magnum motors with no hope at all in getting a new car and rid of my old one. After a few days of not so good news I finally gave up and thanked them for all their time and effort, to get a phone call 10 minutes later saying they finally had good news and I was able to get the car I wanted! This was almost a week of work and I couldn't be more happy with my service and the time they spent to make a customer happy! Best dealership I have ever dealt with.! Hi all: Just purchased a 2008 Ford Edge that caught my eye a few days ago, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. I am now looking for reasons/excuses to take it out on the road and burn a little gas. (LOL). The guys at Magnum Motors were great to work with, and let me tell you, they want to sell vehicles !! I was pleasantly surprised at the trade in value they gave me for my old pick up truck, and the vehicle that I was looking at was already on the lot at a discount price. End result = GREAT DEAL !! hi ya all we recently bought a 2008 Ford Escape and we love the vehicle. It rides smooth. we played with the fuel economy and found that if we use hi test gas our mileage is 22.5 city and 27 hi-way ( 17-22 as advertised) the car was very clean, we had no issues and they treated us very well. they are willing to sork with the customer and stay true to their word. It is a family owned business and once you go there and talk to all of them, you really do part of their family. I am so glad we found them on the internet. wewill definitly go back and buy another a vehicle from them, that is for sure and we will most likely drive over to see them. WE live in Jersey Shore, PA. and Reedsville is not that far for us to go, not when you are going to see friends. You go see for sure what I am talking about they are the best and I thank them for who they are. It is a pleasure to do business with them and we are glad to have friends like them in our lives

If anyone out there is looking for the best used cars and trucks, Magnum motors is the place to shop. They have the cleanest vehicles that I have ever seen. I bought a 2007 Dodge Dakota from Magnum, and am very pleased with it. The people at Magnum are very nice to deal with, and you can buy an extended warranty right on the spot.
